(A) With the exception of citizen at large seats, all Oversight Committee members shall serve for as long as they hold their respective positions with the agency they represent, or until the agency they represent recommends replacement.
(B) (1) All citizen at large members are eligible to serve two terms as follows:
(a) One person will begin with a two year term, starting in September and ending on even years; and
(b) One person will begin with a two year term, starting in September and ending on odd years.
(2) If any citizen at large is unable to complete his/her term of office, the Board of Commissioners shall appoint a citizen to fill the unexpired term in accordance with the Board of Commissioners' general policy for appointment to boards, commissions, and committees.
(C) All members appointed by the Board of Commissioners shall be selected and shall serve in accordance with requirements of the Board of Commissioners general policy for appointment to boards, commissions, and committees.
