Membership shall consist of the following eight members:
(A) One County Commissioner, who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners;
(B) One continuing education representative from Beaufort County Community College (BCCC), who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners at the recommendation of the President of BCCC;
(C) One Vidant Beaufort Hospital representative, who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners at the recommendation of the President of Vidant Beaufort Hospital;
(D) One representative from County Emergency Services, who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners at the recommendation of the County Manager;
(E) One representative from the County EMS Association, who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners, and who may be the current serving President of the County EMS Association or an individual elected to represent the association;
(F) Two citizens at large, whom are not related to any other members of this committee, and who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners; and
(G) One representative from a franchised non-emergency transport provider, who shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners.
