§ 111.07  EXPIRATION OF PERMIT.
   Any permit granted for a sign that falls under the regulatory criteria of this chapter shall be valid for a period of one calendar year. If no work has been done to erect the sign in that time frame, then the permit shall be voided. Further, if a permit has been granted, then the sign must be fully installed and functional within a two-year period or the permit is voided.
