§ 111.05  MAINTENANCE.
   The owner of any sign subject to this chapter shall maintain the sign in good repair. If any sign is found to be in need of repair, the county will notify the owner of the need for repairs with a specific deadline for completion of the needed work. If the repairs are not completed as required, the county may remove the sign at the owner’s expense after notification of the owner by certified letter with 30 days’ notice from the postmark date on the certified letter.
