§ 111.02  “OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGN” DEFINED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, an OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGN means an off-site sign that advertises an establishment, merchandise, service, or entertainment that is not sold, produced, manufactured, or furnished at the property on which said sign is located.
   (B)   Also known as a BILLBOARD SIGN.
