§ 93.05 AREAS IN WHICH SMOKING AND USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND E-CIGARETTES ARE PROHIBITED.

   (A)   In accordance with action of the Board of County Commissioners, smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited:

      (1)   In any building owned, leased, or occupied, as defined in § 93.04 , by the county;

      (2)   In any county vehicle owned, leased, or controlled by the county; and

      (3)   Within 50 feet around the perimeter of any buildings that are owned, leased, or occupied by the county.

   (B)   E-cigarettes are prohibited in any building owned, leased, or occupied, as defined in § 93.04 , by the county.

   (C)   Signage will be posted at each county building to inform employees and the public of this policy.
