(A) The purpose of this chapter is to provide safe and healthy workplaces in all county facilities for employees and for a safe and healthy environment for the visiting general public.
(B) The county is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles throughout the community, by encouraging individuals, especially county staff, to refrain from smoking and/or the use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
