§ 51.43  CONTAINER RENTAL.
   If an industry or business elects to rent the container rather than to purchase it, the rental charge will be the cost of the container, plus 6% interest, amortized over 36 months, which will be the cost per month for the rental of the container. This charge will be made in addition to the regular pickup fee stated previously.
