(A) For the convenience of those citizens not living near the landfill, there will be open containers of 40-cubic yard capacity placed in the county in strategic areas for the purpose of collecting large household waste such as refrigerators, stoves, furniture, and the like.
(B) Automobiles and large machinery shall not be placed in these containers but shall be carried to the landfill.
