(A) Industries generating an amount of waste large enough to require a roll-off container system will be responsible for purchasing the compactor and the container and for building a foundation for the compactor, and the container shall mate with the county’s roll-off system.
(B) The size of the container will be determined by the industry and a representative of the Solid Waste Division.
(C) The number of pickups will be determined at this particular time.
(D) The number of pickups will be determined which will best fit the pickup system schedule of the roll-off containers in the county. There will be a fee for this service, which is posted in § 51.42.
