§ 51.23  BUSINESSES AND SMALL INDUSTRIES.
   (A)   Businesses and small industries will be responsible for purchasing their containers and for site locations.
   (B)   The containers shall be of sufficient size so as to accommodate the needs of the businesses on a two pickup per week schedule.
   (C)   There will be a fee charged for this pickup service, as posted in § 51.41.
