(A) The town will be responsible for purchasing the containers and for the site locations of the containers. These containers must be of adequate size so as to accommodate the needs of the town on a two pickup per week schedule. There will be a fee for this service as posted in § 51.40.
(B) The Solid Waste Department may also provide roll-off container service to incorporated towns, regardless of population size, pursuant to the rules of “industries” below.
