§ 51.21  SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
   The schools, hospitals, and similar institutions in the county will be required to purchase the containers of adequate size for the disposal of their refuse. The containers shall be of sufficient size so as to accommodate their needs on a two pickup per week schedule.
