Residential collection of household waste will be accomplished by placing metal containers at strategically located places in the county. These sites will be located according to the number of households, highway intersections, stores, churches, community buildings, and the like. In order to assure quick and efficient pickup service, each particular location, type, and size of container shall be determined by a duly authorized representative of the Solid Waste Division of the county.
