It shall be the duty of every owner of property located in the district to remove or destroy, or cause the removal or destruction of, weeds and debris accumulating on the owner's property. It shall be unlawful for an owner of property located within the district to cause or permit such accumulations of weeds or debris to remain on the property. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
