3-5-1: PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY:
   The purpose of this chapter is to conform the district's weed abatement policy to statutory procedures and requirements applicable to the district's weed abatement operations. This chapter is adopted pursuant to Health and Safety Code sections 14875 through 14922. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
