3-4-5: LIMITATION ON DUTIES:
   The public safety committee will be advisory only and shall not have authority to manage or operate the police department or direct the activities of any police department officer or employee. The public safety committee shall not impose discipline against officers or employees of the police department. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
