3-3-15: TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY:
   During an emergency period, the emergency management director or incident commander shall, at least every fourteen (14) days, review the need for continuing the emergency. Upon finding no need to continue the emergency, the emergency management director or incident commander shall request OES to proclaim the termination of the emergency. Ref: California Government Code section 8630. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
