3-3-7: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISTRICT DISASTER PREPAREDNESS ADVISORY COUNCIL (DPAC):
   The DPAC shall meet upon call of the chairman, not less than twice a year, to review the general progress of emergency planning within the district. It may recommend changes to the district emergency plan. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
