3-1-7: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
   A.    Infraction: Unless otherwise provided, violation of this title shall constitute an infraction.
   B.    Penalty: Any person convicted of an infraction under the provisions of this title shall be punished according to section 1-4-1 of this code.
   C.    Violation Of Penal Laws Of State: Notwithstanding the foregoing, any person convicted of violation of the penal laws of the state shall be punished pursuant to such laws. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
