A. State Laws: Police officers of the district police department shall enforce all state laws of a penal nature within the boundaries of the district and shall assist and cooperate with other law enforcement agencies in the enforcement of such laws.
B. District Ordinances: Police officers of the district police department shall enforce all district ordinances of a penal nature within the boundaries of the district.
C. Emergency Services: In addition to the foregoing, the police department shall provide emergency first aid services as required and coordinate its activities with the Kern County sheriff, the Tehachapi police department, the Stallion Springs police department, fire departments and such ambulance services that may be available to serve the district.
