3-1-1: PURPOSE, SCOPE AND SHORT TITLE:
   This title is enacted for the purpose of providing for the public safety of persons and property within the district, and may be cited as the district's PUBLIC SAFETY ORDINANCE. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
