1-5-1: BOARD ESTABLISHED; GENERAL DUTIES:
   A.    The district is governed by a legislative body of five (5) members known as the board of directors.
   B.    The board establishes policies and regulations for the operation of the district and provides for the implementation of those policies and regulations, which is the responsibility of the general manager.
   C.    The directors represent and act for the residents, property owners, and the public as a whole. (Ord. 15-242, 6-11-2015)
