8-2-3: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
   The territory which may be served by the district shall be all premises within the boundaries of the district as now existing and also any territory hereafter annexed to or becoming a part of said district or at any time hereafter served by or required by this chapter to be connected to the community sewer system.
