In order to help reduce water demand and avoid unnecessary expenses that could be incurred by property owners or renters during periods of water shortages, the District will make available information to all property owners and renters regarding the design, installation, and maintenance of water efficient landscapes and the use of drought resistant plants and efficient irrigation systems.
