The provisions of this chapter respond to long term and short term water shortages by authorizing the Board to select the most appropriate level of conservation measures based on then current conditions. The Board will conduct duly noticed public meetings to inform the District water customers of any change in the level of water conservation needed to meet the limited supply of water resources and the measures needed to meet those limitations.
