A. Collection By Suit:
1. Suit: All unpaid rates and charges and penalties herein provided may be collected by suit.
2. Costs: Customer shall pay all costs of suit in any judgment rendered in favor of the district, including reasonable attorney fees.
B. Collection By Lien: In the event the district places a lien on the property for nonpayment of water services, customer shall be charged the district's actual cost to place or remove the lien. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
