A. Notices To Customers:
1. Notices from the district to a customer will normally be given in writing, and either delivered or mailed to him at his last known address.
2. Where conditions warrant and in emergencies, the district may resort to notification either by telephone or messenger.
B. Notice From Customers: Notice from the customer to the district may be given by him or his authorized representative in writing: 1) at the district's operating office, 2) to the general manager of the district, or 3) to an officer or agent duly authorized by the board to receive notices or complaints.
