The policy of the district is to permit no encroachments on any property, including all easements and common areas, owned by the district absent a compelling public need for an encroachment. It is the policy of the district to vigorously protect its property against all encroachments. Any organization or person who desires to encroach upon any district property shall apply for a permit pursuant to section 6-5-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
