6-2-2: DEFINITION OF SIGN:
   A.    "Sign" is defined in section 1-3-2 of this Code.
   B.    "Sign", as used in this chapter, does not include:
      1.    Any public or legal notice authorized or required by a government agency having jurisdiction.
      2.    Directional, warning, or information signs or structures required or authorized by a government agency having jurisdiction. (Ord. 18-248, 4-12-2018)
