5-1-19: ENFORCEMENT AND COLLECTION REMEDIES:
   The district shall supervise the removal of all solid waste by the collector and shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. This district shall have the right to inspect any and all premises for the purpose of determining whether the provisions of this chapter are being observed. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
