Upon request, the district may, but need not, collect and remove industrial waste, building materials, and any other matter not provided for herein, from premises. When the district performs such service, the charges shall be at the rate established by resolution of the board of directors, plus actual expenses. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
