A. Application Requirement: Application for solid waste disposal shall be mandatory for all improved parcels, and initiated upon completion of the application and contract for utility service requesting water service.
B. Undertaking Of Applicant: The application for solid waste disposal service shall signify the user's willingness and intention to comply with this chapter and other ordinances or regulations relating to solid waste disposal and to make payment for such solid waste service. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
