5-1-3: REGULATIONS:
   It shall be unlawful for any person using a lot or parcel within the district, serviced by a district water installation, to construct, cause construction, either permanently or temporarily occupy, or lease for occupancy, the lot or parcel except as herein provided. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
