4-2-15: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
   Any person violating section 4-2-3, 4-2-4 or 4-2-5 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished according to section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
