4-2-13: EXCLUSIONS:

   The abatement provisions of sections 4-2-2 and 4-2-7 through 4-2-12 of this chapter shall not apply to:

   A.    A vehicle or part thereof which is completely enclosed within a building in a lawful manner or fenced in accordance with section 4-2-3 of this chapter.

   B.    A vehicle or part thereof which is stored or parked in a lawful manner on private property in connection with the business of a licensed dismantler, licensed vehicle dealer, or a junkyard. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
