4-1-13: VEHICLE OPERATIONS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY:
   A.    Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or permit to be operated any motor vehicle, motorcycle, minibike, trail bike, dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep, or other form of transportation propelled by any type of engine upon the private property of another without permission or upon public property which is not held open to the public for vehicular use.
   B.    Signs Posted: The provisions of this section shall not be applicable unless there has been posted upon the property in question signs indicating that such operation is prohibited by the use of the words "motor vehicle riding prohibited", or words of similar nature.
   C.    Exceptions: The provisions of this section shall not apply to emergency vehicles, governmental agencies, persons driving upon such property with the consent of the owner or person in lawful possession of such real property, or to the owner himself or his family, employees, agents, or lessees.
