4-1-1: PURPOSE, SCOPE AND SHORT TITLE:
   This chapter is enacted for the purpose of regulating the use of district roads and rights of way. This chapter may be cited as the district's TRAFFIC AND ROAD ORDINANCE. (Ord. 09-230, 1-8-2009)
