3-8-9: DISSOLUTION OF ZONE OF INFESTATION:
   If the board determines that the control of pine bark beetles or disease control work within a designated zone of infestation or infection is no longer necessary or feasible, the board may dissolve the zone. (Ord. 14-239, 10-9-2014)
