3-8-7: AGREEMENTS FOR PINE BARK BEETLE CONTROL:
   The district may enter into agreements with district property owners for the purpose of controlling or eradicating pine bark beetles damaging or threatening destruction to pine trees, and may make expenditures for such purposes. (Ord. 14-239, 10-9-2014)
