The following conditions are deemed public nuisances within the district:
A. A living or standing pine tree that is infested to any significant degree with the pine bark beetle, or which harbors pine bark beetles.
B. Any dead pine tree or dead part of any pine tree, including logs, branches, stumps, firewood or other pine material from which the bark has not been removed. (Ord. 14-239, 10-9-2014)
