§ 3-3-2 SEPARATION OF YARD WASTE REQUIRED.
   All yard waste shall be separated by the owner or occupant from all other garbage and refuse accumulated on the premises and shall be composted the premises or disposed of by approved burning or placed in an approved area in the city.
