No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, either by an act of omission or commission or by failing to cut the weeds or tall grass required by this chapter to be cut, after notice being given in a newspaper of general circulation in the city, posted at the Post Office and Anderson’s Country Store, notifying residents of the requirements of this chapter.
