The Council will, in its discretion, authorize a licensee permittee to transfer the license or permit from one location to another within the city; provided that, the premises to which the transfer is to be made would have been eligible for a license or permit in the first instance and such transfer will not result in the violation of any law or ordinance. An applicant for such a transfer shall file with the application for transfer the fee as set by the Beer and Liquor Control Director for transfer. The fee shall be $15.
