(A) The fee for permits issued or renewed in July, August or September is $500. The fee for permits issued in October, November or December is $37.50; in January, February or March, the fee is $25; and, in April, May or June, the fee is $12.50.
(B) Upon issuance of the permit by the Council, the Clerk shall forward the fee to the City Treasurer.
