§ 1-4-8 SURETY BONDS.

   (A)   Each officer named shall be bonded in the amount shown:

      (1)   Mayor: $5,000;

      (2)   Clerk: $5,000; and

      (3)   Treasurer: $5,000.

   (B)   In addition, the foregoing officers shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
