§ 1-4-3 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Mayor shall appoint officers named in § 1-4-2 of this chapter with the approval of the Council.
   (B)   All other officers shall be appointed or selected by the Council unless otherwise provided by law or ordinance.
