The owner of junk, hobby vehicle or junk vehicle and the owner of the property upon which it is located shall, within 20 days after notice has been given as provided in Section 3-5-6 thereof:
(A) Repair any and all conditions as defined under Section 3-5-1 of this chapter which cause such vehicle to be a nuisance as defined herein;
(B) Remove the junk, hobby vehicle or junk vehicle or cause to have the junk, hobby vehicle or junk vehicle removed to an authorized junk/salvaged yard or to any other location provided the same complies with all applicable provisions of this Code of Ordinances. (Ord. passed - -2023)
