§ 3-5-7 SERVICE OF NOTICE.
   Any notice shall be deemed to be properly served when a copy thereof is delivered to him/her personally or by certified mail with return receipt requested to his/her last known address. If the City selects service by certified mail, notice shall be deemed given when mailed. (Ord. passed - -2023)
