The Mahaska County Sheriff, his/her authorized representative, and/or the person, firm or corporation designated to abate nuisances pursuant to this chapter and this Code of Ordinances, are hereby authorized to access any property upon which junk, a hobby vehicle or a junk vehicle is located for the purpose of carrying out any and all actions required by this chapter, at the City’s direction.
